Raised by immigrant parents, Michael Ayaz grew up in his father’s restaurant business. From an early age, Michael showed tremendous drive and fervor for success. By the time he was in high school he was managing the day-to-day operations of his parent's restaurant, Giovanni’s in Fullerton, California.
As a first generation American, Michaels’ parents believed education was the key to success in the United States. With their encouragement, Michael had the distinct honor of graduating from the University of Oregon School Of Law at the age of 23 years.
His clients include mom and pop liquor stores to publicly traded companies.
Since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008, Michael has worked with and under the tutelage of Mr. Rick A. Blake, who has over forty-five years of ABC and administrative law. After nearly seven years working with Mr. Blake, the two formed Blake & Ayaz, A Law Corporation, a boutique law firm which provides a variety of client and legal services to a variety of clients.
In addition to chairing the Land Use and Entitlement Division of Blake & Ayaz, Michael also heads the personal injury division and co-chairs the firm’s civil litigation department.
In his personal life, Michael enjoys family life with his wife Jennifer and their three boys. He has a strong and close relationship with his family and friends, loves to cook, travel and read.
